Yea man I wasn't expecting those effects so quickly (probably somewhat psychosematic...lol). Haven't started making any big gains yet, I hear that comes a few weeks in but so far I am loving it.

I've been running Ancient Strength at 5 gs for about 3 weeks now as a pre-bulk, and now I'm throwing in 50mgs of S4 and loving the combo.
Dosing I've just been taking the 5 gs of Ancient Strength 30-10 mins pre workout, and the S4 I just shoot the .5 ML into a mouthful of juice or milk as early as I cant (ideally 2.3-4..6 hours pre workout, though that doesnt always work out)

I just ordered me some Ancient Strength and the Creatine orange Tang flavor . I will be stacking it with Atheletix Titanium, Adamantium, and Erase.
Nice stack. That adamantium looks interesting.
