Creatine thoughts...

Qbert006

New member
i have been lifting on and off for most of my life and never used Creatine before. Well started about 2 weeks ago and find myself not getting that Sore muscle feeling that I would normally get after a GOOD workout. Matter of fact I pressed harder during the workout last night thinking I wasn't working hard enough and still nothing. I'm POSITIVE thats its this supplement causing this fast recover or should I say little to no soreness... I kind of miss that soreness that makes it feel like I actually did something! LMAO! Can anyone support this theory?

Though creatine is just the baby of supplement business, its still one of the most important. Creatine provides a number of positive benefits such as increase energy, endurance, strength, and will decrease muscle recovery time (this is why you aren't as sore like you usually are)

I suggest that you ditch throw your theory out the door and stick with the creatine.

Finding out sore doesn't mean good... probably use this product on and off. thanx for the input guys

I like creatine.. use it during my workout. very small amount though cause i don't want water weight issues.

does it work? I think so.

Yeah... I can feel a diff in endurance and strength... taste like shit! but works or so I think! LOL! I seem to recover faster but not sure if its a mental or physical thang!

I always took it during football season due to six days a week of practice. Kept me going. I tried going off after 12 weeks but didnt have the same kick ass mentality I did while on. Glutamine made a big difference also.

Dont continually take it tho, studies show to cycle it because after 4-7 days in the loading phase saturation is obtained and that is about the most you are going to gain from it, and then the rest of the few months are just maintaining phases to keep it at that level. many people do it like 2-3 months and take a month off then get at it again, keeps it fresh that way and keeps it working as apposed to the whole year which may cause a slight health risk by kidney stones and such.

Why would you avoid achieving and then sustaining peak levels of creatine saturation in muscle cells? This is rhetorical of course, there is no need to cycle creatine as it is not an AR or Adrenal Gland regulated compound, and therefor will not fall victim to the negative feedback loop that is invariable encountered on hormonal type adjuncts.

Also, as far as the kidney risks you alluded to at the end of your post, this is also a baseless claim that has literally no shred of substantiated scientific evidence throughout the entire multi-decade spanning presence and vehement investigation of creatine in the sports industry.

Creatine works, and does so profoundly well. With every new peer reviewed piece of literature that is published, yet another startling discovery is made regarding the prodigious efficacy claimed by CMH - including intrinsic properties that have even proven to modulate myostatin activity and expression, along with satellite cell formation and proliferation.

Use Ancient Strength Creatine for a full serving of creatine monohydrate, creatine pyruvate, which can cause a higher peak level of creatine and a potentially greater absorption and slower elimination rate, and creatine phosphate, which is a metabolite of creatine that provides a quickly usable reserve of high-energy phosphates in muscle tissue.

The best of the best creatines all in one product.

Use code ceo25 at checkout for 25% off Ancient Strength, and your entire order of everything else at Need To Build Muscle Inc..

You're Welcome!

I have never used Ancient Strength, but I can say the phosphate theory is solid and time tested. I have used EAS's product in the past that in a way revolutionized creatine products for the entire industry, and I believe the triumvirate of creatine used in Ancient Strength would be very profound, especially for an encapsulated creatine product.

supplies are limited, get it while its in stock........and at 25% off

With a discount like that i don't think this will stay on the shelf long!

creatine has been a staple of bodybuilding supp programs for awhile now..Ancient Strength Creatine is top notch creatine at a very affordable price..ive been using it for awhile now

also love how Ancient Strength Creatine comes in tablet form..i was sick and tired of drinking chalky creatine powder drinks..

I think creatine is a very valuable supplement. I use it during my OFF cycle periods.
It does help with endurance and delay fatigue.

A lot of people still love creatine mono. I have tried APS Creatine Nitrate and loved it. I'm acutally using MAN's Orthine right now and seems to be helping me on my benching. Check out OrbitNutrition.com. They have a huge selection of creatine there including your tops brands and very good prices. Good luck with your pick!

Just ordered some Creatine Nitrate earlier today, which I don't believe should be a stand alone product - but rather taken as a pre-workout adjunct and monohydrate or Ancient Strength taken with it or post workout with the carbohydrates to increase uptake.

Their "scientific tests" involve giving fatties 20gs of creatine, having them sit on their ass all day and drink a single bottle of water.....

Then they say that creatine gives you kidney stones.....

I have to go with you on this one, I have not seen a viable study that has proven to me that creatine must be cycled. That is also one of the great things about creatine; it gives you energy, strength, and endurance without touching the adrenal glands, so you can use it alone without harming your glands at all, or in conjunction with an AR that will stack your energy.

I do agree with all the great benefits of creatine. It's a must have. You have to read Needto's write up on Creatine. You'll love it even more.

Powerchews.com has some new innovative way to get in your creatine using Creapure at 5grams per serving! Very nice addition to everyone's list.

Check them out at PowerChews.com - new board sponsors. I definitely think everyone will love the products and what they have to offer. Not to mention great prices. There is a discount code in the thread about them in this section.

Ancient Strength is a steal for $17.99.. i use it before workouts and im tearing it up in the gym!

I'm on just a little 5gs of Ancient Strength pre-workout right now, its definitely tiding me over until I the SARMS come in.....

I'm excited to give them both a try together!

Pretty fast acting! Enjoy man, where did you get your SARMS?

Yea man I wasn't expecting those effects so quickly (probably somewhat psychosematic...lol). Haven't started making any big gains yet, I hear that comes a few weeks in but so far I am loving it.

And where did I get it? SARMSSEARCH bro, where else?! haha

Great quality, great service, gets to my door in 2 days, and best market price for 100mg/ML concentration that I could find.

I've been running Ancient Strength at 5 gs for about 3 weeks now as a pre-bulk, and now I'm throwing in 50mgs of S4 and loving the combo.

Dosing I've just been taking the 5 gs of Ancient Strength 30-10 mins pre workout, and the S4 I just shoot the .5 ML into a mouthful of juice or milk as early as I cant (ideally 2.3-4..6 hours pre workout, though that doesnt always work out)

Karma going out to SouthernLord for giving me an awesome way to down that shit without gagging! :frog:

I just ordered me some Ancient Strength and the Creatine orange Tang flavor . I will be stacking it with Atheletix Titanium, Adamantium, and Erase.

Nice stack. That adamantium looks interesting.

My ancient strength is on the way. I'm excited :D

Tang flavored creatine is what the astronauts drink!

I'll start my ancient strength tomorrow ;)

I will NOT be buying ancient strength again, heres why:
- the bottle comes with 90 caps, 3 per serving twice a day = only 15 day supply.
-its called a "triphase creatine" because it has 3 different creatines. 96% of which is just good ol' mono hydrate. Per serving=4800mg of mono, 200mg the other two (1/5 of a gram!) you do the math.
-if you add it up theres only 150 grams of creatine per bottle, im sure i can find more than 150 grams of monohydrate somewhere for less than $18+shipping.

u can use 1 serving per day prework.. 3 tablets a day of ancient strength

I'm with hurricane on this one. Ancient Strength is by far the best creatine product I have ever used. On day 2 (taking 3 pre-workout only), I noticed an amazing difference in my workout!

I'm just glad I was able to get a couple bottles from Needto while they were in stock and 25% off!

yea bro.. i can say that the 3 forms of creatine makesa different.. i disagree with the last poster.. i have noitced more endurance in the gym on ancient strength and less bloating then i have with ANY stand alone creatine mono product

Yep, I agree 110% hurricane. I definitely saw more endurance, and not having that annoying bloat is killer! I'll gladly spend the little bit extra for Ancient Strength when I run out of the 2 bottles I have.

You also saved me about $120 with your code as well bro! If you have any for Mr Supps, Orbit, or Ex. Peptides could you PM me them? A huge thanks from someone getting back into, and loving the scene!

I agree with you that the 90 caps at 6 per day is a little bit of a short supply. But honestly, if you have read any recent studies, you dont need more than 5gs of high quality creatine per day. This isnt the loading phase days anymore.

So at 3 caps per day, it lasts you 30 days. I paid 17 bucks for mine (and by the way, shipping doesnt cost anything), and lasted me 30 days.

So you do the math. I paid about 55 cents per day for my dosage of creatine.......I'm pretty happy with that.

If you arent, then go to GNC and buy an overpriced bottle of mono, I don't think youll get the same results.
