Creatine Kinase (CK) values on blood tests

Im going to be blood tested and cant have my CK value too high. The CK spiking occurs due to strenuous workouts like lifting weights and stuff. I dont want to just stop weights for 2 weeks so I wanted to know if there was some sort of measure I can take to quickly lower my CK value for the blood test?

I think drinking a shit ton of water might help, some. I believe being dehydrated also shows higher values.

if i remember off the top of my head i think the somewhat toxic metabolites of protein digestion and metabolism interfere with the efficiency of creatinine clearance in the kidneys when coupled with exercise, it's something i noticed on the renal floor
