I will start taking creatine soon and would like to know how much everyone is taking. For me creatine has always been nice while taking it, but when I run out of it I always drop the weight and also the strength I have gained. Is it all water one would gain from Creatine, anyone really think gains in strength are keepable?
I'm about 180lb, always took about 5 pre workout and 10g post on workout day, on non wokrout days 5g 4 times per day.
