well I will tell you something straight up about creatine.. most guys take too much IMO. don't take so much at a time, the stuff stays in your system a long time.. if you take it too frequently its just not necessary. when i take it i just put a teaspoon in my drink thats all.. you see guys dunking spoonfuls of the stuff
so it makes sense if you are drinking too much of it that it could be causing your stomach to be upset .. also some brands of creatine have fillers added which could be upsetting you rstomach as well.

I take the recommended dose of 5 grams a day never go over that amount
