I heard from a guy, that it'd be good to take N-Large 2 with my creatine so I can get in my required calories, as well as get some protein (this will cause me to gain some fat though). Is this right?
protien and carb powders can help boost calories you can also take some flax oil or parillos CAPTRI oil. but you should try to get in 5-6 clean meals a day
