Um... may I ask why McDonald's? Harvey's has much bigger portions, and the big hamburgers contain up to 50g of fat. Now if you add mayonnaise to that, you've got yourself a nice meal.

Right you are azul. But Harveys is just out of the Question for a lowlife like me.
Mickeyd's is aas good as it gets for this chump. Oh yeah and maybe Burger king too.

If you are taking 50/week, then yeah, go nuts with the alcohol, cause yer really not taking any juice anyway...
 
if you have only just started lifting doing aas is bad news you dont even know how to eat right and your cycle sucks. what you need is to learn what your doing with the basic lifts and diet because from the knowledge of training you have displayed so far the only gain you will get from your winny is liver damage .sorry if this sounds harsh but theres know way your ready to start aas.

I dunno. I think he should go to wendys and grab some triple 1/4lbers and some biggie fries. Those added the most mass to me. I went from 12%bf to 7 in under 5 days. :)
 
Sorry I thought this would be a good place to get some extra info on top of what I already know. I know you don't eat 5 In N Out Double Double burgers with a 5 gal bucket of ice cream a day. I was just looking for some new meal ideas also we are in a trial period of winny for the first week just to see how our body’s react to it we will be increasing our dosage to 1 ml every other day. Having never used AAS I didn’t know how my body would take to them. Sorry to come off ignorant I am not.

Dude, don't worry about it. The boys here like to clown. Take your winny 50mg every day or every other day. Don't drink. Workout. Eat lots of food.
