after all, you show up at her house to pick her up and her mom will feed you, after you making nice with the rents, dad gives you the keys to his car and $20 for the movies..

you take the girl to a quiet space and bang her for 3 hours.. then stop for some dunkin donut holes and have her home 30 minutes before you are suppose to..

oh yea, you get to keep the $20 cause she had to pay for the donut holes..

I'm not really a cheapass. I just think spending money on a girl for a first date is out of the question. Plus I don't like messing with money at first because it complicates things. If you don't spend money then she doesn't feel obligated. It makes her feel more comfortable than say going to an expensive dinner and a show.

I think it has to do with pulling it off. I tell girls I still live with my parents and my mom washes my clothes. They don't care if you're funny about it.

What did you do at the TV displays? I usually get hounded by the Verizon telephone booth sales people whenever I shop at Costco. They're always like "hey you look like you can use a new phone!"

I took my, now wife, to Burger King on our first date. We had the best time. She loved it, loved the company, great conversation. We took the "fries" out and walked around a nice quiet lake/park nearby. It was a very memorable time.

The priceless thing about the date, since it was our first, I can forever tell thar first date story. You only get one. lol I even tell our kids about it.


Do you know daddy took mommy to BK on our first ever date? "Yes, daddy, you've told us a thousand times."

Although Costco is not on my list of ideal dates I do think first dates should be fun and laid back.... no involvement of expensive meals because girls really don't want to pig out on a first date, movies are blah because there's no communication.... I say go bowling.\
