I have the mast to achieve this. Would being atva higher bf% atm make this less effective? Or only visually not as effective?

Yea sorry bro I shouldve put one of these πŸ˜‚ in when I said I could achieve this. I've never run a gram total combined before haha. But if I was putting the mast in I'd do it at twice my test so around 500. I have listened to a few of his episodes and opinion on mast πŸ‘Œ

Well what's your e2, dht, and igf1 like on 250test. Are they optimised or can you afford to push them up a bit more? Can you push the hgh higher?

At 200 test my e2 was 113 estradiol LCMS 66

DHT and Igf1 I'd need to get on my next lot of bloods.
I've previously run test/mast 1:1 at 200mg each and bloods perfect.

Can definitely increase the GH. I do get carpal tunnel too many days on but I could change protocol.

Split dosages for hgh bro. 2iu morning how ever much you can handle pre bed with no sides.

Going off that yes I would say you could push the test a little more say 280 or 350 with ed injections and mast at 1:1 or 1:2 T:M

I find its usually the 5th day I'll wake up with abit of carpal tunnel so I usually go 4 on and 1 or 2 off. It settles after an hour though. Can definitely add in AM GH. I train about 45mins after I wake up and have my pre workout shake at same time. What's th best way to utilise it AM?

And yes brother I'm always ED injections now πŸ‘Œ

Just waking up from my last night shift😡
One thing that I needn't improve is my sleep so pretty keen to give these DREAMER Elite sleep caps a go from the legends

Late log today massive day at work and working on some new ideas for a log. Also setting up across on EVO πŸ’₯πŸ€”πŸ‘Œ

2 nights now with @RGSX @RegenexPharma sleep aid and I'm a HUGE fan.😍

Here's the run downπŸ’₯

1st night took 2 capsules (serving 2-3) Any more than 10mg melatonin usually has me wake up like a zombie. So 2 would be a perfect amount for me. Took these at about 7pm with 6iu GH. Showered and then by 7:30pm my GF said I was snoring. Didn't wake up until 1:30am with a numb hand from the GH quick stretch and back to sleep until my alarm went off at 3am.

Woke up feeling proper rested too 😴
Gym by 4am and no grogginess at all.


2nd Night took 2 capsules again asleep by 8pm woke at 11pm briefly then back asleep until 3am when my alarm went off. Well rested and hit a solid chest session πŸ‹

This is an unreal formula I would normally wake up 4-5 times a night. Definitely a mainstay in my stack now 😍😴
