controlled delivery question

ordered 1 kit gh

Wife tells me a plain car, Nissan maybe, attempted to make a delivery today. She did not see what he was wearing. She didn't answer the door. He left a Usps note saying package is available for pickup at post office.

Would you agree that this is a controlled delivery?

Will this go away if I never go pick it up or continue to not answer the door if they attempt delivery again?
 
no one is going to do a controlled delivery for 1 kit of GH unless you have been ordering huge amounts in the past.

I would go to the post office and pick it up, don't worry they aren't going to have a swat team waiting for you there. how long ago was the kit ordered?

the kit was shipped about two weaks ago. I've just never seen a nissan deliver a parcel. She said the guy was real persistant at the door and kept trying to look through the cracks in the blinds on the door panes. The usps note says its from overseas so its definitely the kit. I've heard of people getting busted even though it was a small order and I have a bad feeling.
 
I hope your wife didnt know what was in the package,better for her not to know that.Its cool if she knows about your use but better if she didnt know what was in the pack if ever questioned.Anyway your probably cool to pick it up.

Go pick it up. Controlled deliveries don't work that way. Even if it was, and you go pick it, there's nothing the people can do over there. If it was a controlled delivery, they would need swat or dea or any other narcotic team and some sort of surveillance, etc. That is expensive for a kit of GH. lol. The feds reading this should give their opinions.
 
yeah, if it was a controlled dilivery, thety would prob keep trying to deliver until the got use to sign...still sketchy.
 
US Postal Service can drive just about anything no days they contract work all the time my postman drives a beat up Subaru that smokes like hell. Especially if you live in the county, but like RADAR said go with your instincts. I always make it a point to know all the delivery drivers that run my route but that's me.

pick it up , I went through this same shit years ago except it was something a lot worse than gh. My lawyer told me if you pick up a package and leave it unopened there is know way legally that you know what is in that package.In my case charges were dropped because the package remained closed when the Feds made their move. They were some pissed off SOB but they should have waited longer.
 
i say it seams risky. personally i would ignore the package, rid my house of any non script aas needles vials ect, be ready to explain that i didnt go through the trouble of picking up a package because i didnt have anything comming it must have been a mistake.

it probably is nothing but i would rather lose my investment and lay low for a while to better my odds if im in trouble.
 
It sounds strange, but not like a sting. Cops don't poke around, banging on doors and looking into windows. When I've had stuff delivered, it comes in a mini-van from a private carrier like DHL or a courier service. I don't think they'd come after you. They'd just seize it at customs, and send you a letter that they had seized it. And furthermore, HGH is not a controlled substance in the USA; last I heard, and is available by simple prescription (not the complicated one that sends a copy to the DEA, like some narcotic prescriptions). If you had ordered Adderall, or something like that, they might be more likely to play hardball with you. I bet that car was a private courier, maybe who gets paid by his boss when the package is signed for.

But just a disclaimer: If it's really bad luck, and they are looking into it, don't blame me for downplaying it!

As far as syringes & needles, those are perfectly legal to be sold, owned, and possessed by the general public for veterinary and hobby/scientific use in California, and probably most states. If you have more than 1 element of narcotis or juice equipment in the house, such as a vial of something plus a box of syringes, and you DON'T have any Rx, then it might get sticky. Just as you can have gun powder, or PVC piping, or books on bomb making perfectly legally, but a combination of any of those can be a felony, and you can have a gun in your car, or ammo in your car, but not together.

Yeah I wouldn't say its enough for like DEA or feds to get involved. But I wonder if a vial got broken at the local post office and powder leaked out or something. I realize that cleaning house and wiping hard drives willl minimize evidence against me, but obviously lawyer fees would exceed what I paid for the kit...which would suck.

so the cops got a warrant, searched the premises, your computer was taken and stripped, checking/saving account transactions checked, and you were let go because you didnt open the package? so possession being 9/10s of the law, thats make believe? this sounds like, "write return to sender and leave the package alone for a week." didnt rick collins already debunk that as bullshit?
 
USPS express will drop off in cars and wont always be in mail trucks. Dude don't be so paranoid.

Very true does not matter if it is opened or not if you accept delivery you can be charged and they will not be dropped because it wasn't opened. Like most are saying probably nothing but better safe than sorry..

always always always trust the gut. I get all my shit script now, but years ago I would flush a couple grand worth of shit just because i got a bad feeling. Was i write? Who the hell knows but i would do it all over again in a heart beet and not think twice. HMMMM jail or 2-3-even 20k if I had it? I would pick saying fuck the cash every time.
 
Shit you wanna know scary. Try watching dea on spike tv and then hearing the doorbell and remembering "oh shit my order comes in today" .Had to go down and sign for it. And beileve me what you order wasnt jack compared to mine. I was shaking and shit expecting people to jump out the back of his dhl van at any second. I bet I looked like I was on something I had to sighn in like 2 places which is alot when your paranoid plus the guy has a mic on his jacket that went to his radio! That scared the shit out of me.

Point being dont watch dea on spike if something is getting delivered that day. But seriously you dont have anything to worry about.

I always had my orders sent “No sig required” and went with companies that would leave it at the front door when there was no answer and just leave it out there and keep an eye on the goings on outside and grab it latter. Have you ever gotten a legit package delivered to your house USPS before and if so what was the experience. Did they leave it or leave a note (usps where I live just leaves it at door).

The way I see it is if it was so easy for them to bust you for a package of gear then people with no money concerns could just get some gear, package it really shitty so it would defiantly get caught, and then just ship it to someone they couldn’t stand and BOOM that person goes to jail. I’m no expert on the subject but that doesn’t really sound logical.

And when you get this "box" and have to show your ID to rent it, because they all request it and photocopy it, your not liable for any deliverys of drugs to that box?

I thought it was more if they do seize your package from your box they can just get a warrant for you house. I mean just because they found something on this property doesnt mean its gives them the right to search way over here on this property. But if its delivered to your own property thats a different story.

So after all the comments on here and a nice phone conversation with the post office, I lost that 'bad feeling' that I had and picked up the package without any problem. I appreciate all the input.

As for a PO box, being that I don't have a fake id or have any idea how to get one, the box would be in my real name. What judge wouldn't authorize a search warrant of my house as well as the PO box? How does a PO box really protect you?
 
I have no idea where you get your info. The FBI and other law enforcement participate in controlled deliveries all the time. As far as money drops that is not all a controlled delivery is about.

Hey guys...you know we see a post like this over and over and I wanted to make a suggestion. If you miss the post man or like in this case he shows up in an odd car or you dont recognize the guy first of all dont panic. Pay attention to detail, and then preform your own counter-survellience. Take this gus post dor example...you could go and observe the post officve that servs your district and see if you see this "nissan sentra car" come and pick up mail and then follow it and see if he makes other deliveries. If he does then you know it not a cop. IF you stay calm and pay attention to your surroundings then you can take care of some of the drama. I also want to add MAKE NO MISTAKE!!! if the boys in blue want you they will get you. You might get away with it for another day/month/year...but eventually everyone makes a mistake and get caught if you do it long enough. MIght not mean shit but just my.02 peace and love
 
The card is always left if the package is Certified, Registered, Or EMS and there is no one to sigh for it. Total Normal Procedure(I am only speaking of international, because that's all I know, but once it's here it still goes through domestic travel). Watch your time from departure until clearing entry, Customs should not have it for more than 5 days...give them 1-2 to receive it too, but no more than that. Most of the time a controlled delivery wont be made on a personal use order. It's too costly. That's doesn't mean it hasn't and wont happen, just that it's unlikely. Once your tracking info shows it's left customs, you should be good. It may be more expensive but always use Express Mail/EMS because...

"First-Class Mail letters and parcels and Express Mail items are protected against search and seizure under the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution, and, as such, cannot be opened without a search warrant.

If there is probable cause to believe the contents of a First-Class Mail letter, parcel or an Express Mail piece violate federal law, Postal Inspectors can obtain a search warrant to open the mailpiece. Other classes of do not contain private correspondence, and therefore may be opened without a warrant."

Basically saying that getting a warrant isn't impossible, but opening your express package without one is.

Also if your not expecting a letter, the letter option should not be checked in the "mail type" section on the form.
Mine was checked parcel. The "certified mail" item was also checked and not "registered" even though it was registered mail, but the check was an "R". It first I suspected he just made a mistake, then I figured once it reaches it's last out going delivery point, it falls under the same requirement for certified and the "R" denoted that the parcel was registered. Hope this helps and stay safe everyone.

I think suppliers are doing this because they are requesting delivery confirmation. Most will reship with a copy of seizure notice. That's called honest business. I'm sure they have gotten a few shopped/fake seizure notices, because some people on this end, are not so honest.
