Contest sign up thread.-Deadline march 10th

Can we go ahead and decide on which poses will be used so we ("me") can practice them? I, for one, can't pose worth a damn and need all of the practice that I can get!

sure! How about a basic front bicep pose,Back pose, legs and a most favorite,that should keep it simple and get the job done at the same time.

Also needed is the instructions for posting the fill size pictures on the thread. I did it last year when I posted a progress pic and "Perkele" does it all of the time in the "pictures of women" forum. But I can't remember how to post anything other than a link to my gallery...and Non-Plats can't view that or thumbnails.

Is the "back pose"...A lat spread or a rear double bicep?...I just can't seem to figure out how to do a rear lat sread...One of those mind things...I'm not very well connected with my lats :mad: :(

Damnit I'd love to join this contest but I can't work my calves or do anything that puts heavy weight on my ankle. That means I can't work do core leg movements and definantly not calves - which are my weakest point even. Only thing I can do is quad extensions and hamstring curls. Right now I'm 6'3, 186lbs, 5%bf.

Damn that'd be good motivation too! Wish me luck with my ankle, going back to the doc Tuesday.

I think a person can and should post as many poses as they want to show off their body. They should pick those poses that displays their best features as well as the ones that they might not want to show, ie legs, calves, back spread. Come on Goldsprospector , work on that lat spread man!

Also, I would like to request at the end of this contest that there be another one at the end of september, early october, because im DYING to be in this one and I can't cuz ill just be ending my bulker.

I'm in the same boat... but fuck it ( I have degenerative disk disease... bad... and a severly sprained bicep tendon in my left arm that has left me with nerve damage ) I'm in. I will put myself in the most improved game. I don't carry the size to compete with the other guys.
