I'm interested. How does this work? Do I find someone oin the board I wanna compete against? I'm 5'7 180lbs, about 8-9%.

Just sign in here ,there will be weight divisions for each.

i need some motivation after the last 3mos of depression and no gym and not eating...
i'm game. sad to say but i've lost a ton of muscle and am now
5 7"
125lbs shooting to be back over 150 in may (with a primo cycle nonetheless, we'll see how it goes)

hurry up and put on some weight, lol your the closest thing i have. 5'6 160 13% bf. i also currently lost 30lbs

Cool, I hate to say it...but I look pretty rough right now...so if I can do what I plan...then I might have a shot a the most improved.LOL
