in that relaxed pose he's pushing out his chest and brining his shoulders back thats why his shoulders look so thick. one thing i noticed is that he always had his body closer together, for example the side tri. and that made him look thicker. also he had you on calfs. but as far as quads go, he had nothing on you. personally i dont think he had a better physique, just knew how to bring out his stong points and hide his weak points with posing.

He's standing with knees bent to show musculature in the legs. So it looks like he has s more developed legs on the non leg loses , lol

He doesn't have abs standing next to you. The double bicep shows that you have more thickness in the back. man who was judging this show?? Probably some of theses Jay Cutler fans here on elite that think you can have no abs and still win a show. I'm with Satch , you got shafted

The judges were split right down the middle on the whole thing, funny thing is I lost the last one because I was way leaner, but he had me in size, this time, the opposite....
I have decided though, not to do the next show. He will actually be there, and I could come in tighter, and own his ass, but after thinking about all this since yesterday, i realized right now its not worth it. I sacrificed too much, at a time when it was wrong to do it(ie put a ton of cash into it, at a time when my family was hurting for cash), took time away from my family when I shouldnt. I just realized on friday that my son went from single words, to sentences in the past week or so, but missed it because I was too busy with this. Not to mention I got a new job in my field a few weeks ago that I love, and its suffered already because of this, i cant take chances with that. And hell, just by cancelling the next show, I put over $1000 back in my pocket, from lost wages, hotel room, and all the other stuff that had to go in it. My family needs that grand more than a plastic trophy right now anyway

Seriously only 2 more weeks dial it in you look freakin awesome you CAN make nationals this year DO IT!!!!!

its hard to judge from pics, but it looked close. the only thing i can see on him thats better is shoulders. but other then that, very close. you still placed and youre moving on to the next one. dont focus on this too much, just push forward

Congrats NS, you looked awesome. I have a lot of respect for you for being able to make this decision, family is always number 1, and I respect you for not forgetting that.
