Wow, amazing that 3 months ago i was a mentor and then get thrown out in the trash...been here for 7 years on EF chat and the AAS forum, also supported this site with a lifetime membership...what a joke. Wootoom I think you can chill out with this kind of talk. I made you mentor and just because I took that mentor in no way means you been "thrown out in the trash" bro. If you were truly tossed in the trash you would be over on another site starting with the letter A with the rest of the trash not worthy of being a part of elitefitness my friend.
I had not seen or heard from you in a wile and a thread was made in the mentore forum asking every mentor to show up. A dead line of 2 whole weeks was given to show up in the thread and you never showed up.... My friend in cases like this don't you think coming to me to talk about it would be the best option?
Like I would ignore your pm, skype msg, or phone call? I am not worthy of a simple pm sent to me? I know you are worthy of one and would have sent one to you and the other guys who got dropped if I was not so busy. I have been taking a lot of steps to delegate things like this though..
Wootoom you know damn well you are not now nor have you ever been trash to me. Your years of support of this site mean something to me but even more then that our years of friendship means much more.
Please respect that I have a job to do and I am doing it the best I can. I have more then enough mentors,mods,cotb's, and other staff members who pretty much take up slots that should be used on more active members then I need. So I have been trying to be quick about letting go of non active members of the team and filling these slots with active members...
Wootoom. Your a leader in my eyes and I said this to you a wile ago and I meant it when I said it. I thought you were taking another leave like before and did not think you would be being all that active for a wile.
Your mentor was not taken for any other reason then inactivity and a couple of no shows to threads I made i the mentor forum asking everyone to show up... For all mods and mentors I will be making threads like that every month and people who do not show (and have not let the team know they will be gone for what ever reason) will be taken off the team... This does not mean We can not bring them back if and when they become active again..
Wootoom understand I must be good leader and I have to set a standard somewhere. The line has to be drawn in the sand somewhere. Although leaders of this site are not cut a paycheck at the end of every month many of them if not all of them are compensated in many ways by myself and other sponsors. If not the opportunities are there for them at any time. However in the end it is a life of service and you are asked to do so so much for all the members around you with only one payment that is guaranteed to you. That being the pure satisfaction you get from helping and serving others.
When this is all you get or all that is guaranteed to my staff it is not easy for me to keep a completely motivated team who is always around. Mods jump to action for a coumple of months and then aaaaahhh 3-4 months later its over they are no where to be found... Which reminds me I got some pm's to send and we will have about 3-5 less mods by the end of this month..
I have always believed you are a good bro and a man willing to serve others here on this site wootooom so if you wish to be here with me often and as active as you can possible be I would not only gladly put a leadership tag on your name but it would be my honor bro.
But the last thing I should see from you is a post like this man? This ain't you and it sure ain't me. Give me a call this week bro and will talk. Maybe there is a reason you had been gone for a couple of weeks that I did not know about my friend.. But if your going to be even half as active as you where the day I came to elite then I would be happy as a pig in shit to have you on my team wootooom....
And dont ever say I treated you or viewed you as trash again. Because I would never do that and I cant believe you would think I would. I am just a busy man with a lot on my plate. I could use your help and welcome it so feel free to contact me bro..
I am sorry for my lack of communication with you on a man to man level bro. I have had 1 hell of a fucked up busy past month. Otherwise I would have tracked you and many other people down and had one on one conversations. Time was not as forgiving to me this past 30-45 days but I am back on top of things now.
