confused....please help, where are my gains??

I do believe certain people just don't respond well to steroids.. regardless of anything they do. I am one of them.. I always gain weight easily, and my strength goes way up... but my body looks EXACTLY the same... no matter what I take, eat, or how I train.
 
i have said it before and i'll say it again. lite cycles equal lite gains. just the way it is. of course training and nutrition are fundamental. but, proper dosing is just as important while cycling.

600mg of deca/week and 30mg of dbol/day is a lite first cycle?

thanks everyone for their responses and input. im gonna start eating more and more and see what happens.

you didnt say you were taking 600mg/wk of deca. you said you were on your 4th week and were taking only your second 600mg shot. and yes, that is way to lite. also, if you are using 600mg/wk of deca with no test then you are going to be paying a heavy price. can you say limpdick?
 
If you're getting stronger, then it's working. Have patience.

If you want to gain weight you must eat more.

It sounds like to me you are not eating enough. 158 is pretty small dude so I say you can afford to eat some junk. Get your fat up, get your carbs up. My wife (was my girlfriend when this happened) hated my training as all I did was work, eat, train, sleep.....very seldom went out...but at the end of a 10 week cycle I had 32# to show for it. That was on:

Sus 250 (1ml/ed for 21 days....it graphs out beautifully for over 6 weeks<G>)
Fina 80mg/ed weeks 3-8
Deca 300mg/week weeks 1-6
Dbol 20mg/ed weeks 1-4
Winny 50mg/ed weeks 5-9

Sleep bro, lots of good quality sleep. you don't build if you don't rest.
