confused....please help, where are my gains??

okay today is my first day of the fourth week in my first cycle. im currently running 30mg dbol everyday and im taking a 600mg shot of deca today. this is my 2nd 600mg shot. (the first 2 were 300mg's)

well after 3 weeks i really cant see a difference in my body. i have gained, tops maybe 5lbs. in the gym i am putting up more weight then i used to. i just dont see a change in my size, especially my arms.

i know the gear is legit as my friend is running the same thing and has gotten bigger.

i know this is a dumb question, but could i be immune to juice? lol. should i up my intake? should i swap the deca or dbol out for something else? i dont even have any water bloat or retention. has this happened to anyone else?

oh im 5-8 and 158lbs and as far as my diet goes, i completely changed it when i started the cycle. i eat 5-6 times a day mainly tuna, chicken, bison, egg whites, etc and lots and lots of water. i also have one of those myoplex foundation 53g protein shakes each day after the gym. no more fried foods, pizza, soda, iced tea, etc. could this be why my weight isnt going up?
 
Eat more carbs and you will gain more weight. 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per lb of body weight and load up on carbs as much as you can. Junk food will only make you gain bodyfat and won't net you any lean mass...
 
somethings definitly wrong there. My first cycle was deca 200mg/d-bol 25mg for 7 weeks and put on 25lbs. If your in week for, eating right and training hard you should be more than 5lbs up, you should be around 15lbs+, especially since this is your first cycle. train hard, eat lots and check gear.

where are the carbs??? potatoes, rice, oats? where are they????

eat 20cals/lb of bodyweight, plenty of lean proteins and complex carbs

yeah serge, im eating the carbs and calories too! i guess ill start keeping a journal or something and start to really track them and know exactly how many im taking.

3200 calories is what it would work out for me per day. that wont get me fat will it?

how many carbs per lb?

Are you focusing on heavy compound movements for low reps? Are you squatting, deadlifting, military-ing, benching? Are you doing triples and doubles or higher reps?
 
Matty u need more food when on.
At 5'8 and 158 u must be pretty lean.
Try 25 cals/lb----158x25=3950calories.
9 out of 10 times people are not eating enough quality food
to make gains.
Try it and let us know how much quicker the gains come.
 
Simple asnwer to this one,,,, anytime you are not growing it is because A, you are overtraining, B you are not eating enough. It sounds like to me you are not eating enough. 158 is pretty small dude so I say you can afford to eat some junk. Get your fat up, get your carbs up. Eat some 99 cent double cheeseburgers from McDonalds,,, my personal fav. 4 of them at a time to be exact and they have 25 g of protein a pop. What I am saying if you eat like you want to be cut that is what you are going to be. If you eat like you want to be big you will.
