occassionally i'll just use several huge tablespoons of psyllium husk at night for a few days. i don't know if that's good enough to experience the health benefits, but i can def tell a difference visually, if you know what i mean.
anyone who has ever used that stuff knows that it sticks to cups/glasses once it gets hard, so imagine what it does to grab onto stuff on your insides and clean it out.
