CO Blizzard 2006

It is just nasty raining today....still in short sleeves but not sure of temp. Most likely around 70. I hate it being THIS warm during holidays. The forcast states we might drop down to 30 for Christmas morning....I hope so because doesn't feel like Christmas with it this warm. If we do make it that low for Christmas I could almost bet by mid-day the sweaters come off and the short sleeves back on. Can't believe I haven't gotten sick yet.

I've been tempted, but never have. It is so funny going over mountain passes here, because all along the roads, there are backcountry skiiers/boarders hitchhiking from the bottom to get a ride back to the top for another run. People in trucks just let them climb in back and ride up to the top of the pass with them. I love it how cool people are about that stuff here. It is almost just expected.

Now that is a way cool story......

The idea of tree wells scare me tho......

They are talking about snow as if it is a bad thing.

Obviously they've never been snowboarding.

I've only got to go once this year, hopefully I will be able to go more in Jan.

I've got room... not much, but who cares when we're talking literally FEET of fresh powder, only an hour and a half drive away, with more snow headed here this weekend? Let me know when, I'll hook ya up.
