Do high levels of androgens in the blood cause the up-regulation of the androgen receptors on the hypothalamus??



If this is true, than perhaps the hypothalamus can be stimulated by clomid to release GnRH, 2-3 weeks after any cycle...regardless of how heavy it is.

Considering testosterone replacement therapy uses a whopping 50mg/wk or so I think you'd want to have between 50-100mg left over.

Not to put flies in everyone's ointment, but mathematical formulas for half-lives don't really have a damn thing with actual levels. If you've ever seen the charts that show test levels after various shots you'll see it looks like rainbow and not the straight lines that everyone is assuming.
