Clen isnt some magical fatloss potion. Its a little more effective than your over the counter ECA, IMO.

Cycling clen is pretty simple, start low like 3 tabs a day and basically work up to what dose you can handle ( add a tab in every 2 days or so. I would only use clen for about 2 weeks on then take a break ( usually 2 weeks off) on then back on. No need to taper down the dose, just gradually increas it to see your tolerance.

Another thing, have you been weighing yourself the same time of the day. If you normally weigh yourself in the morning before breakfast, then start weighing in at night you will get mixed readings.

I suggest weigh yourself once a week, in the morning after you go to the bathroom to judge progress. Also just use the mirror as a guide, it doesnt lie. Where as the scale doesnt say whether you lost inches,muscle,bodyfat or strength
