hey guys so im getting ready for a contest im 16 weeks out about 9%, im 5'11 190, i have a old bottle of liq. clen and didnt want it togo to waste so i wanted to use it. Im wanting to try it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Do you guys have any good cycles in mind. i fimilar with the 1 week on 1 off but not sure with 2 weeks. So heres what i was thinking 50,50,75,75,100,100,100,75,75,50,50 week 2 75,75,100,100,120,120,120, 2 WEEKS OFF, then repeat week2 , then repeat week 1 as i taper down let me no ur ideas. IDK how the 2 weeks thing goes i saw some ppl taper down on there 2nd week so im like?? thanks
