Morphological and quantitative study of the Leydig cells of pigs fed with anabolic doses of clenbuterol.

The effects of clenbuterol administered at anabolic doses on the testicular interstitium were studied in 30 pigs allocated to three experimental groups. The diet of two groups was supplemented with clenbuterol (Clb) (1 ppm), but whereas in the Clb+ group the treatment was given until slaughter (treatment period: 3 months), in the Clb- group the clenbuterol was withdrawn 2 weeks before slaughter (treatment period: 2-5 months); in the control group, the pigs were fed without clenbuterol. For histological procedures, a fractional sampling scheme was applied and routine techniques for light and transmission electron microscopy were used. The results of subjective morphology and morphometrics showed slight differences between the treated and the control groups. Conversely, the stereological results identified a prominent hyperplasia of the Leydig cells and ultrastructural analysis of these cells revealed a conspicuous increase in the organelles related to testosterone production, suggesting a functional activation of the interstitial cells in response to the clenbuterol treatment.

Effect of clenbuterol on endocrine status and nitrogen and energy balance in food-restricted rats.

We administered clenbuterol as a dietary admixture (4 mg/kg diet) to three groups of male Wistar rats (n = 8) housed individually in metabolism cages and fed for 15 d at 110, 160, and 235% (ad libitum) of the estimated requirement for energy maintenance. Untreated groups at each level of energy intake and a baseline group were also included. In the diet-restricted rats, clenbuterol induced greater and more persistent increases in nitrogen balance, biological value, and net protein utilization than it did in the ad libitum-fed rats. Energy balance was increased by clenbuterol treatment in the diet-restricted rats, with no significant changes occurring in the ad libitum fed rats. Compared with untreated rats, clenbuterol reduced blood glucose in all diet groups and serum insulin in the ad libitum and the moderately restricted (160%) rats. Serum IGF-I was increased in the highly restricted (110%) rats. Corticosterone levels were increased by clenbuterol treatment in all diet groups. These results are consistent with previous results showing that clenbuterol can help improve growth, but they also show that clenbuterol can offset the effects of food restriction on protein and energy metabolism.

I'm not sure that this study is really all that useful as applied to humans. Just figure, 4mg = 400mcg. You would probably have a heart attack with that dose.
 
This is interesting if it works.
Im gonna try it out along with some HCG.
I dont go past 120-140mcg per day though.
I'll let you guys know.
 
I got a bunch of Spiropents. 20mcg each.
I start with one tab on day 1 and increase by one tab per day.
All the way up to 7-8 per day.
2 weeks off between with some ECA.
