clen, how long to see any results?

I started using clen and test e (500mg wk) on the 5th,but havent seen any fat reduction,I'm up to 4 pills daily (160mcg)i have ephedra still and thought about adding it as well (good or bad idea?) actually started to gain weight! need some help with this one, this is the first time on clen! as it stands right now my bf% is 16% at 5'11 225lbs I really want to get my BF% down to about 6-8 %

heres a sample of my daily diet monday thru friday :
6:00am protien shake 3 scoops - 360CAL,15g carbs 6g fat 60g pro
7:00am monster energy drink 20 cal. 6g carbs 0fat 0pro
9:00amprotien shake 2 scoops 240 cal 10g carbs 6g fat 40g
10:00am monster energy drink 20 cal. 6g carbs 0fat 0pro
12:00 chicken BLT salad 360 cal 10g carbs 19 g fat 34g pro
12:00 reduced fat ranch dressing 100 cal 6g carbs 8g fat 1g pro
12:00 crutons 70 cal 9g carbs 2.5g fat 1g pro
2:00 protien shake 2 scoops 240 cal 10g carbs 6g fat 40g
5:00 EAS bar 210cal 23g (total)carbs 7g fat 21g pro
6:00 train-------------------------------
7:30 protien shake 2 scoops 240 cal 10g carbs 6g fat 40g
8:30 2 cans tuna 300 cal. 0g carbs 2..5g fat 65g pro
8:30 2 tbspn mirale whip (no fat) 30 cal 6g carbs 0g fat 0g pro
8:30 1tbspn relish 15 cal 2g carbs 1 g fat 1g pro

i do cardio 3-4 x a week for 15-20 min. after training
my training splits are
mon. chest/ tri/ abs
tues back/ bi
wed. off
thur legs / abs
fri delts / traps / abs

what am i doing wrong any help would be apperciated!

dude that's a crazy dose of clen. You should start at 40mcg/day and maybe work your way up to 80mcg/day over the course of 5 days and all the while see how you are tolerating it. Only do this for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off for a total duration of no longer than 12 weeks.

Do not add that ephedra and do a search for clen on here and read everything you can. That's nothin to mess around with man
 
I did work my way up started with 1 pill the first day then each day added one.
Havent had any problems yet but now i'm down grading my dose by 1 pill each day!
thing is i haven't lost any BF.
this is my second week, in the period off (2weeks ) i was going to use the ephedra.

You may just be retaining water from the Test, as well your diet may be contributing to water retention, start drinking ~2 gallons of water per day, ironically that will flush the extra water out of you. If your muscles look smooth that is your problem. If possible throw in some arimidex it will help.
 
exactly, especially if you are on test e 500mg/week.

Are you trying to gain or lose??? Because i see things like crutons, energy drinks, all of which are unnecessary.

And why the low fat dressing, regular dressing actually has some good fat in it, so I think it pointless to use lowfat.

Oh, and DO CARDIO IN THE MORNING. NOT AFTER WORKOUT. I think your bodyfat was too high to begin with to begin using test and clen, are you even using arimidex like mentioned in the earlier posts?

You may be retaining water, so drink alot more.

AND where is all the healthy fat? I see most of it is from protein shakes, and the rest form low fat dressing. Buy some flax oil, ANPB, etc...
