I havent seen many threads about this lately... Who is on one?..What does it look like?....And what have your results been?

Mine is modified from the norm a bit 2 1/2 days carbs under 25(high protien 225-250g's)moderate fat(prob about 100gs)hard to count cals in a university cafeteria, but even harder to get low-fat protien, last meal 3rd day carb up 100-125g's lower fat to 40g's for the day

worked out for the first time in 2 weeks yesterday(knee scope) but Im down about 4-5 lbs in that 2 weeks...

This was recommended by a friend. I know that there is alot of variations of the CKD, whats yours?
 
First off go to the diet board and post this and you will most likely get SCHOOLED and probably yelled at bu MR. X who is the CKD guru.

I for one can tell you that your veriathion af the CKD will not work.
1. You dont give yourself enough time in Ketosis 2.5 days aint enough you wont even be in Ketosis in that period of time it will take approx 3-4 days to fall into ketosis the first time and then after that weeks carb up it comes a bit quicker. Are you testing for ketones with ketostrips?
2.WAYYYY to much protein, you body converts excess protein to carbs at 50-56% effeciency
3. You fat is too low the diet should be approx 70%cals from fat and 30%from protein so for a person of 200lb 150-160g Fat ED and 140-150g Protein ED just approx off the top of my head too lazy to whip out the calc.
4. You weight loss is most likely attributed to water weight.

Popi is right, you have way too much protein.you need to eat beef, steak, cheese and whole eggs....

Get a bunch of ALA too and re-post this for Mr. X
