Okay, so i'm at the point where I would kill someone for something sweet. The Atkins Advantage bars claim to have 2g of carbs "net," but they actually have 17g, with 15 coming from dietary fiber, which they say is negligible in carb count.
Can you eat these without coming out of ketosis? Is there any othjer bar out there that tastes halfway good that I can eat while on this diet?
