Chrysler Crossfire, Lexus SC430, or something else

The SC430 is ugly, and gay. It looks like someone stuck an air hose up an SLK's butt and over-inflated it.

Matty what about a Bently or a Rolls now that screams bling bling. ;) I still stand behind my original choices even if they are comman. :p

Well, I asked him "so how do you like your car" - "eh"
"Does it drive well?" - "it's ok"
"Miss the convertible?" - "not now, but I will come spring"
"What made you buy an Infinity?" - "I couldn't afford the new Benz I wanted."

That was like a week ago.

Not sure why he didn't just keep his other Benz until he could get the car he wanted. *shrug* He's gone through a lot of weird backward car selections since I've known him - all of them the influence of his girlfriend.
HAHAHA I still remember when she talked him into a big silver metallic deisel pick up truck "to go surfing".

I don't like the exterior of the car at all - looks like an overly angular eclipse yet the interior's not horrible

But you know, to each his/her own.

It's all about how the car drives and what YOU like not what others think.

All the more reason to get one IMO

In black, preferably

They are not available here. And you can't just bring one over, they haven't been crash tested for US certification, don't have the right kind of lights or glass, don't have the right kind of bumpers, the engine hasn't been certified for US smog laws. The effort and expense it would take to make one street legal in the USA would far outweigh the value of the car.

I can't imagine buying a car right now - with the exception of the mini cooper s or a X5 there's nothing below or up to the top of my price range that turns me on.

So it looks like I will be driving my car until it coughs up and engine block or loses body panels while driving.

AH well.
