chest/bicep 2x a week routine????

does anyone have a 7 day workout routine that includes chest and biceps twice during that week?
my friend recommened i do these only once a week to build mass, but i am loosing strength after trying this for the past month or more, and i feel i can build more strength by doing them twice a week. i am starting a new routine and having trouble getting those in twice with all the other muscle groups and rest days. any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you feel like you can handle it give it a shot. I was doing every body part except legs twice a week a while back while on a bench program. It felt to ME that I was making better gains than I do when I am training them only once a week. My buddy does not like to work out that much so I have gone back to once a week. I think I have convinced him to go back to the twice a week though.
