Well I looked at the back on of today, and it said it contains 5.9g of protein, baring in mind that is 5.9g in 28g of cheese, and in milk there are ony 8g of protein per 225ml, so i was wondering, would cheese strings be an ideal snack for a protein boost on workout days?
