I hit a plateau and I said fuck it, my first cycle was three amps of st.en a week for two weeks and I gained twelve pounds...kept ten.....I hit 265-270 over the next few years and thought I looked like shit and stopped the juice. At that weight @ 5'10" in normal clothes you look like a fat guy that works out..12% BF or not.

One serious suggestion.

You need smaller posing trunks those things are riding up way far especially in the back.
 
oh those are not my posing trunks...

they are just some pieces oh shit i bought from the dollar store... i just used those for the pro-tan stuff...

my real trunks are like 40 bucks.. so i didnt want to get umm all tanned/painted...

You are such a classless jerk. He placed 3rd out of 8 and I am sure he looks better now then ever have or ever will. He is only 21 and only stands to get better with age. People like you sit back and hate cause you don't have what it takes to compete.

Now enough with the negativity got to say how proud I am of my boy. He did amazing his conditioning was far better then the top guy in his class but size always wins. Technicaly the dude shouldn't have even been in his class cause the scales were off. I am sure Needsize will comment on it as well. Oh he was tops in his weight class unfortunately he didn't take over all it was very close with another guy conditioning wise I think he edged him out.
 
he looked great, not huge but I bet anyone who wants to take a shot at him wouldnt stand a chance at his conditioning, he was shredded. Impressive to do that with no support from anyone, no family but QT
 
how did he do, I hope he did really well.

this bro will be successful in everything he does in life if he tackles it with the same way he works to acheive this physical results.

QT- this is Faize's kudo thread... one that he richly deserves as he accomplished this tremendous feat pretty much on his own. Any one of us who has competed knows how physically, mentally and emotionally the process is, but to do pretty much on your own..... Hell, that says A LOT about an individual's character!!!

Having said that, QT... I don't think that he would mind if I put a tiny beam of light on you for your part. If more people on elite would act on the boards the way you do IN REAL LIFE it would definitely take us back to elite's golden age. I am pleased and honored that YOU are on the boards.

Thanks the bodybuilding community is so small so when you meet people with the same goals it is very easy to be in there corner. Faiz is such a great kid he had a hard time letting me do stuff for him.

show day i was 138 normally 158...

plan is to do one more show november 10th hopefully but come in fuller not neccesarly heavier but fuller..
