This is my first post on this forum, and i really hope to get some help from those who know what they are talking about
My stats: Male, 24 years, hight 181 cm (6ft), weight 88 KG, 15-16% BF, been lifting weights seriously for 2 years.
I really want start cutting now.
The DIET is all set, doing cardio 5 times a week ( after the training ), and my motivation is sky high
What im woundering about, and really want to know is that if my steroide cycle are good for cutting or not!?! I`ve heard them say its not the gear but its the strict diet and the cardio that does the magic while cutting, and I pretty much agree.
My cycle looks like this:
Week 1-12: Test E 400 MG/ week
Week 1-12: Deca 400 MG/ week
Followed by 3 weeks Clomid PCT (10 days after my last test shot)
Do u guys think that I need to take 0,5MG Armidex ED, or 10MG Nolva ED to keep the water and the gyno away during the cycle???
This cycle is ment to make me gain a little bit muscle and help me cutting ( along with the diet and cardio of course)..
What do u think guys, I need opinions and advices????
