check out these dumbells i bought today

700 bucks for that fuck off!

let me know well it works, I can't imagine the balance in those would be as nice as the ones you use at a gym, how much would 5-90 have cost you to buy?

They're not supposed to. Look at how little room they take. Those puppies are awesome. A definite purchase when I have a house.

I guess I could use those...............for like curls maybe. :D

or some end of workout pec flye negatives.......:whatever:

DUde, you could have bought a pair of olympic dumbell handles and some plates, and they would only take up marginally more space and for a "Fraction" of the cost. That and you can man up and put some real weight on.

i have to say send them muthafuckas back....olympic handles 50 bucks..you start hitting it hard 90 lbs is gonna be outgrown very quickly

lmao @ all the EF 9" cocks coming out. What does 90lbs on an Oly DB bar look like anyway and how long does it take to change the weight?

two 25's on each end gives you 110. When I hand my own gym I could put on 120-130. If you use 35's and 25's in combo you can get more obviously. The larger weights are obviusly then best suited for shrugs. I always wanted to see how the 35's would work for dumbell presses, if they allowed enough clearance to get a decent range of motion. In some gyms I've seen 35's that weren't much bigger in diameter than 25's, but then I've also seen them almost as big as 45's.

I want to punch people who use adjustable dumbbells. If you're gonna do it however, it's hard to beat the powerblocks.

Actually now that you mention that it is a great item to get.

All of the other posts above that disagree sucks ass. (Including mine)

exactly
i move around a lot in the summer...and a rack/barbell/plates is just too much.
these dbs are sweet, though a bit light for most of the pressing, back work i do.
same with squats, way light but they are helping me maintain what i got

listen you sweaty, bloated, out-of-breath-in-fifty-yards jooser, i gotta be mobile...camped/spiked out for possibly weeks on end.
strapping a rack to a fire engine is impossible and would get me fired.
90 lbs is gonna make me huge but it's better than nothing and i can slide them under a seat.
and whenever you wanna man up and hit the track/mtn hiking trail/rock face lemme know i'll show you how real athletes get it done :)
:mexican:
