I love that I can do anything I want. I got surround sound prewire for satellite speakers, out door speakers and speakers in the master bedroom.

We designed the archway leading into the master closet - we didnt like what they had as the spec.

yeah it definitely helps. It doesnt get very cold in Tucson. The winters are like San Diego, pretty moderate. The summers get really hot though, I have upgraded insulation throughout the house.

townhouse, more like an attached home though. We are only attached on one side through a thick brick wall.

What did you "upgrade" it to? Walls can only hold a certain amount before they get useless. Is it fiberglass insulation?

not sure of the A/C unit specs, I have been asking for them though.

the walls are 2x6 on the outside, I think it may be an R19 insulation in them, the roof is quite a bit higher. All the windows are double pane, have a reflective coating on them. I understand that too much compression of insulation basically degrades its insulation properties.
