Actually a new report was issued this morning, topping each of the daily reports that have been released each morning for the past 6 months about how each day the real estate market is the worst it has ever been in history, worse than the day before. Real Estate and homes are actually projected to be worth nothing by June '08. There will actually no longer be a value to shelter or land. Amazing, but true.

LOL Yep, I want to say that so badly on some boards i frequent, but I'm not a 'refular' there and don't want to be an ass, so I keep my mouth shut.

"Offer 10% less minimum" no matter what the price is. Thej they say "Price it right and you'll sell" "Lower your price if you're not selling" The answer isn't always "LOwer your price."!

I can't wait til this whole thing blows over. Might take years, but still, I hate this "Give me your house and pay the closing costs, and fix the damn roof while you're at it. and tell your wife to blowed me." Fuck you, keep renting that shithole and get out of my house!

Gonelifting, I just picked up a yamaha 9.1 channel surround sound receiver, RX-Z9, for 500 bucks on closeout, think I got a good deal?

You're not really surrounded unless you're sporting 25.1 surround. lol jk

Yamaha is good. You just need the amperage to be strong enough to drive the speakers you're using.

If it has a second or third zone, then you're all set and don't really need any other amps for a while.

Save your money, you homeowner. You'r gonna need it with a house. lol Ha, just fucking around. Congrats again.
