I don't want to be rude - but what does a place like that go for (ballpark) I've always loved it out there and found the costs of living to be a lot cheaper than here. I'm in CT so that house right there would probably go for $300-400,000.

Amazing view too man. I'm so fuggin jelous.

i'm guessing 220-250k.....maybe he snagged it cheaper considering the market.

you must live in a cheap part of CT :)

I do man. It's so stupidly expensive here it's not even funny. I live in a very nice part of CT but it's not the uber-expensive areas like Greenich or Fairfield county.

It's funny. Houses that were $150K 5-6 years ago can go for $400K easy.

900 sq. foot condos go for 200K around here.

Ridiculous.

You can get a 2500 sq. foot home for 100 to 125,000$ in a good neighborhood in Texas. Especially in the counties. Congrats!

little bit higher than 250k

Sombra homes is the builder - they build custom homes and this is their first townhouse style development. They are doing better than every single home builder in tucson, and the location is prime. I dont have as much leverage for bargaining as I would if I were buying in the fucken ghetto like most of tucson is. Neighboring houses are worth about 600k.

I can get anything done to the house I want pretty much. I am already at like 20k in upgrades. But I negotiated with them and got them to absorb those costs

the camera kind of yellows things, but the granite looks really good in person

Yeah but then you'd have to live in Texas.

I'm 2 hours drive from Boston and NYC. 1 hour from Providence. 1 hour from the beach. 3 hours from Cape Cod, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. I'm within 3 hours drive of two racetracks and the greatest sports franchise in the history of time the three time World Champion New England Patriots.

Dude. Congratulations. A brand new house is awesome. Doesn't have all the shit associated with buying one thats old.

LOL
My developer Mr Trump is flying out there as we speak to buy me some land and build a McMansion to block everyone views. Fuck you.
LOL

Looks great bro. Congrats to you. Around here those would go for around 700-850k. Great pick up!
