Check it out bro's My Home Gym is Done !!

Nice! My gallery has some pics of my home gym. It's a nice set up, but I'm getting rid of the smith. It's not like yours, just the regular smith, not too useful for me now. I love not having to drive at all hours and deal with the shit of the public gyms.

The commute times are awesome, huh? lol

Enjoy it.

Had to give some K to you my friend. Not only does your gym look tight, your wife and daughter are adorable. Several of your pieces look close to mine, the lat machine and incline/decline benches look very similar.

On my lat I wanted a stack instead of using plates, Berry's Barbell called me today and said they ordered me a Nautilus lat machine, kick ass quality, with a weight stack and they are coming over to swap it out, free of charge upgrade cause of all I spend there. My lat pulldown was like $700, and the nautilus is $2000, certainly pays to stick with one place.....

That's funny, because I wanted a lat machine with a weight stack too. If I could have gotten rid of this one, I would have replaced it, but I don't want 2 of them. lol You did get a great deal though. Again, nice setup! Enjoy.

at least fags don't wear pocket protectors. But if they did.....well thats just a sad fag nerd. :p

Only thing in my pocket protector is a few 5cc syringes, and a selection of assorted needles, 23g, 18g, 25g it actually works quite well to carry sharps :)

How much weight is on the stack? You could also use it for triceps pushdowns and the like.

Default is 200lbs on the stack and yes it's perfect for other excersize's as well, has the low row pulleys and pedestal to lock your feet in place, and has a small strait bar and close grip V-bar for those rows. For upper pulleys, traditional wide bar for lat pull downs, v shaped attachment or rope for triceps (I have the solid) I like it better than the rope, they also threw in a shorter bar where the palms face each other, forget the name of it, but jay cutler uses it in all his workout stuff, works great for adding meat to the center of the lat's.
