Your feeling all wired up and ready to bang out some serious weight and you got to jump in your car to go to the gym and hope you dont have to wait for a machine..I bet you gain twice as much working out at home compared to a gym! I know i have and i love it! I just dont like the smith thing on the bench, you really need a free moving bar for benchpress cant tell if theres a squat rack on the back or not hope so cuz smith will sux for squats too..Almost bought a smith machine but i learned that heavy bench you will push more weight knowing theres no one coming to help yea.....Enjoy nice set up dont let it collect dust!!
K to ya bro, but you got it all wrong, you really need to try this smith. The tolerances and bearings are SO PRECISE you cannot tell there is anything connected to it. Not only is it great for heavy benches and squats, but man it is so free moving you can do standing barbell curls and still not be inhibited at all by it being connected to those posts...check out their www site, it's truely a nice piece.
