Check it out HERE it the new 3d smith. The bench is a incline/decline/flat that goes to a strait position for military presses also. Simply roll the bench back and use it for squats or ANYTHING else you can think of, it's much more efficient than a standard smith machine. Check out the video's on their website....it's extremely versatile...even has a chin up bar on it.

That has got to be one of the coolest smiths i've ever seen. I'll be building my own home gym in about 3 months, looks like i found my first piece of equipment.

Well now your going to get hardcore! Working out at home is the only way to really get serious training.You know the feeling. Your feeling all wired up and ready to bang out some serious weight and you got to jump in your car to go to the gym and hope you dont have to wait for a machine..I bet you gain twice as much working out at home compared to a gym! I know i have and i love it! I just dont like the smith thing on the bench,you really need a free moving bar for benchpress cant tell if theres a squat rack on the back or not hope so cuz smith will sux for squats too..Almost bought a smith machine but i learned that heavy bench you will push more weight knowing theres no one coming to help yea .....Enjoy nice set up dont let it collect dust!!
