Cheat day doing more harm than good?

Anyone else notice that their body will get so used to the clean food, their body just rejects anything outside of the norm?

During the reload day, if I eat late at night, it seems like my body will almost reject the food like if I had food poisoning. This has happened 2 times in the last 2 months where I will wake up and it feels like the majority of the food is still in my stomach. I burp and it's like the food wants to come right back up and this is after 6 hours of sleep. Then the urge to run to the bathroom comes.

I'll have diarrhea for next 5 or so hours and I'm talking every 10-15 minutes. The last time this happened, the urge actually woke me up. After finishing, I then had to run to the other bathroom and vomit. I had to vomit a couple more times to get all the food out in between the diarrhea.

I've obviously cut out the eating late at night because of this but I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this or maybe it's a sign of some underlying medical condition like IBS, colitis, etc

vomit and diarrhea? sounds more like mild food poisoning. I notice when I have a cheat meal at a restaraunt I get bloated cuz of all the sodium. That's the only thing I notice really. But damn, it tastes good.
 
My body is also used to clean food, but when I go to a restaurant I get bloated, even if it's at a very good restaurant where they make their food bery clean.
What you get it appears to be something different.
 
Actually when one is so used to clean food... he can not absorb junk stuffs... So when a person pigs out on restaurant or something, he gets a fishy feeling in the stomach and goes to the toiled often in the next few hours... This is cos his body is not used to so much calories and his body wont know how to absorb it at a go.... So it wont digest it properly and excrete it directly......


So the calories eaten wont affect you.... This is the reason why while doing contest prep.... i go for a very big cheat meal every 10-12 days .. It improves my metabolism, controls my craving and also does not harm me in any ways...

But this cheat meal should not contain any of the clean food.. It should be junk-o-junk

I have noticed this alot.


If I'm on a clean streak, soda, hamburgers anything deep fried or fast food makes my stomach feel like total crap.
 
if i have a cheat meal it fucks up my whole diet routine cos i cant eat again for hours afterwards cos it makes me feel sick...now i just stick to a clean diet.
 
same with me. I will go one step further. After eating just grilled chicken, fish, eggs, oatmeal, bananas, apples, oranges, peanut butter, cottage cheese. If I try to eat a piece of steak that I grilled myself as soon as its in my mouth I want to Vomit. And I used to love beef. Now it repulses me. Even though I consider lean beef a "clean" food to eat. I just cant stomach it anymore.
