Changing Routine For Next Cycle

Monday- Chest/Bi's
Tuesday- Shoulder/Tris
Weds- Back
Thursday- Legs
Friday- Repeat Monday ( change every week to next day..so after repeating monday it would be Tuesday the week after)
Saturday- Hiit training
Sunday- Hiit training

how does it look boys..any changes?
i need a new routine but this is what i have came up with...thanks and help me out in my cycle thread

you Splits on Mon and tuesday is too much over lap in the Delt Complex ( at least for me)

Routines that worked for me:

A)
1 Chest, Tris, Delts
2 Back Bis
3 Legs, Abs
4 OFF

B)
1 Chest, Tris
2 RUN
3 Back, Delts, Abs
4 Legs, light Bis
5 OFF

C)
1 Back, Delts
2 Legs
3 Chest, Arms
4 Cardio
5 OFF
