Caught the cold mid cycle

2 weeksinto my first cycle... I've already took 5 days out of the gym because I have sprained my forearms... going back tonight though but I'm loaded with the cold. (what chance have I got). Just thought I'd let y'all in on the kind of shitty luck I have.

Molle ... you still working out hard. Im going tonight but I feel like shit. Any tip's for me... hot lemon befor I go .. anything like that?
 
Same here, although ill let you in on a little secret.

This is my 'cold-buster stack'. Guarenteed to get rid of colds quickly...

Elderberry: 3-4g/day, in divided doses
Vitamin-C: Up to 20g/d, taken WITH elderberry
Ech/Goldenseal Combo: 4.5g of each, daily
Zinc Lozenges (as zinc gluconate), up to 10/day.
Garlic: Helps, but not essential

Lets say you have a cold that would normally last a week, well this little stack would cut the cold down to 1-3days, instead of 7!

Its worked wonders for me.
 
i go with suspension, and if you can always have elderberry handy, if you take it when you feel like your getting sick, it helps with immune system and cuts the cold in half. Ive had a few expereinces that if you take it when you start feeling sick, that the cold goes away...anyways, same exact thing happened to me..3rd week into cycle and got sick, and i had to force myself to the gym. Some will say to rest, but bro it sucks that you already took 5 days off. Just try to go, and mentally be strong, and i think you'll be able to get through. I went yesterday and i felt pretty shitty, but once i got to the gym and started lifting, i felt better. Good luck

Sounds like a kidney stone factory to me :) I would not exceed 4g daily if I were you... though some research has "proved" tolerances of more than 200g (yes, TWO HUNDRED)
 
st8cubano, I've just realised that its only 4 days off, I was in on friday, but I'm going to percivere... I will definately be in the gym tonight. We'll see what happens.
