So 20 mg in the morning and 20 mg at night is the best dosage? Is it better to take it with or without food or it doesn't matter? Thanks

anyone know if nolva can reverse the effects of a lump under the nipple. not large - rather small.
anyone have any first hand knowledge rather than opinion?
