I did what I was told to do. I went from 2 gallons of water per day to 3 gallons of water. And I did up the carbs and sodium just a tad. And this made more ripped and cutup and more vascular. But then I dropped the water and sodium and I saw things started to go wrong. I just started to get really soft and watery looking. And the veins were gone!
I woke up Sunday morning and had high carbs and sodium. Not one drop of water I had. Just tiny baby sips of water. But it backfired on me. I came in looking way too small and smooth.
This is a pic of me that I just took 5 minutes ago. I just woke up. I haven't had anything to eat yet. But as of 4pm yesterday...all I have been doing was eating and eating foods high in sodium. CHINESE FOOD!!! That stuff is salty with Soy Sauce. I think you can see a little more delt size and somewhat more vascularity.
