Just curious guys. What's your choice of cardio or do you constantly rotate it? I haven't been on my training program for awhile but usually I change it everyday (different machines, times, pace, incline, etc). What do you feel works best for you? Overall I believe the treadmill and stepper work best for me (as well as including plyometrics/body weight into it such as lunges, pop squats, etc).
