cardio while on DC

would doing 35-40 minutes of runnin 4-5 times a week affect a DC at all? I'm trying to lose some fat on top of my lower abs...should i wait until i get the fat taken care of...because it seems that the DC has a bulking diet, and it'd only be to my detriment to try and lose fat during that time.
 
Don't do the running on DC. It will interfere with training and impede gains. Try the ANPB diet for a month to lose fat, then bulk. Either that or just bulk now and forget about the abs until you're a bit bigger, then cut down.
 
ANPB is too fuckin hard...didnt last more than a week on that lol...but i'll focus on losing the weight first.
 
So cardio's not a good idea with DC at all? Like, even on Sat/Sun, 35 mins? I don't know what I'd do with myself if I could only go to the gym 3 days a week. Only going 4 is hard.

Funny you should mention it though, I've been taking time off since Dec. 23rd and have had a complete mental/emotional breakdown or something. I haven't felt like going back at all, I'm eating like crap mostly and moking enough weed to down a horse. I'm afraid Monday's gonna come here and I won't be able to start with DC, be intense and get big.
 
Madd, I'm starting Monday too. Go into the gym with all you've got man, don't push shit off. Whatever had caused the breakdown, fuck it and get in the gym haha.
 
i do cardio 3x a week on dc, low intensity for about 45min on an eliptical. I gain fat easily and this has helped me stay at relatively the same bodyfat (14-15%) while bulking.

I can recall several advocates for sprinting, although I destest it myself! I really like dragging a sled around for fun cardio...not sure if that is in line with the DC philosophy or not, but still fun!
