cardio during cutting cycle

i was hoping to get some input from the vets out there on cardio during a cutting cycle. my next cycle will be 400mg EQ for 10 wks. how much cardio is too much? currently i lift mon/wed/fri, and do 30 minutes cardio (3 miles - 30-40 minutes) on tues/thurs/sat. what do u recommend during the cycle?
 
I think 30-40min a day, 3-4 times a week is a good amount. A medium pace is good. The Eq will help preserve muscle while doing the cardio.

If you're on a cutting cycle and are dead set on getting ripped as hell, I suggest two cardio sessions EOD, and one session the other two days...Every day hit 30-45 minutes in the morning shortly after waking up (taps into fat as a fuel as long as you don't eat before it and are working at a moderate intensity)...and the other session after your workout for an additional 30-45 minutes. On a nice cycle with good nutrition and rest, this should get you there in about 6-8 weeks. Later =)

is there any truth to the idea that a high-intensity cardio session could enlarge the heart during a cycle (the heart is a muscle after all....)
