Im in the middle of a cycle, but im trying to bring the BF down a little, not exactly sure what im at (you can see my top 2 abs), im hoping to get to 10%BF. Ive cut my carbs down and upped my protein, and im supplementing flax, im also using trex and 25mcg of T3 pd. Im thinking of upping my cardio to 4 or 5 times pw. This means that im gonna need to be in the gym 2x on some days (i like to keep sessions to no more than 50 mins). My questions are how long should i be leaving between sessions, or does it not matter? Do i need a post cycle meal after each workout? Also any other info you can give to help me reach my goal, would be appreciated. K to all who help.
