Cardio and lifting same day

Im in the middle of a cycle, but im trying to bring the BF down a little, not exactly sure what im at (you can see my top 2 abs), im hoping to get to 10%BF. Ive cut my carbs down and upped my protein, and im supplementing flax, im also using trex and 25mcg of T3 pd. Im thinking of upping my cardio to 4 or 5 times pw. This means that im gonna need to be in the gym 2x on some days (i like to keep sessions to no more than 50 mins). My questions are how long should i be leaving between sessions, or does it not matter? Do i need a post cycle meal after each workout? Also any other info you can give to help me reach my goal, would be appreciated. K to all who help.

I would think a few hours in between (to get in some nutrition) would be good. I'm not really clear on whether you're trying to gain mass, or if you're more concerned with dropping body fat. I personally think you're better off focusing on one goal at a time (i.e., if you're gaining mass, don't worry about body fat unless it's absolutely out of control). I suppose it depends on the individual.
 
I am dealing with the same issue bud. I just finished a bulking cycle of Test Prop for 8 weeks and am up to 220lbs at 6'2", with body fat percentage around 21, or 22%. I am looking to cut down a little bit on that while still eating a lot during PCT before my second bulk cycle of Tren Acet. and Test Enant. I am going to throw some cardio in early mornings before a heavy lift later that day for a couple days during the week instead of staying away from it all together.

Im just trying to maintain my weight, or slightly increase it, while dropping the BF a little. Im just experimenting really, normally when i bulk my BF goes up a bit more than i would like. Thats why im trying to keep it in check by adding small amount of T3 and increasing my cardio. Just really wanna see how i react to that. Has anyone done anything similar?
