I'm nearing the end of my second week of a keto diet. Currently, i'm using sunday as my carb up day. But since i get up around 8:00am, and stop eating around 7-8pm, my carb up period only lasts about 11-12 hours. I'm wondering if i should start my carb up on the saturday around 4:00pm and finish it at four on sunday.
