cant stand cutting

i decided this summer i will obtain everything for my next cycle and cut down as low a bodyfat percentage as i can. i want to start seein abs but this is so difficult. im currently on a stimulant high nearly all day and taking in barely 50grams of carbs a day. this sucks. how do you guys mentally deal with a diet like this? my goal is to get ridiculously lean (im already only 158 lbs and STILL no 6 pack though i can see abs). i plan on starting a new cycle early september and bulk all fall and winter. i cant wait to start eatin again. next cycle will go like this:

wk 1-12 test cyp 500mg/wk
wk 1-7 tren ace 75mg/ed
wk 1-7, 10-14 winstrol 70mg/ed

may throw in some prop at the beginning too or else up the tren to 100mg/ed

im a endomorph, can gain muscle and fat easily, but difficult to lose
im like you, not on cycle, i must diet to perfection and lose alot of body weight(fat and muscle) to get lean enough

on cycle, trenbolone seems to help me lean up
you might try trenbolone and test testosterone propionate throughout the cycle
testosterone propionate will keep the bloating down, and trenbolone will cut u up

yeah id like to try prop but it seems monetary wise prop is much more expensive then test e.
 
if you're only 158 (depending on you're height), maybe you need to gain more muscle. Usually the less muscle you have, the harder it is to get lean and look good.

as long as you're between 10-13%, i think you should bulk up.
 
Sometimes alternating higher/lower cal days help. If you carbs are that low is your fat high? Some sugar free metamucil can help you feel full. Drink a huge glass of water as fast as you can. Eat a bunch of broccoli or cauliflower. If you can't see your abs at 158....I'm guessing you are going to be at about 145 if you stick to this. Just keep your bodyfat goal in mind and don't worry about what you weigh because that will sabotage things everytime.

GEEZUS NOOO! you need to eat and train awhile...I was 3.4% my last show at 214#...I do low carb also...be tough man. my diet was 16 weeks and the next one will be 20 weeks! Suck it up...I think you may be going the wrong way though (you need to grow!). Also dieting without gear is never a great idea IMO.

Hard to say since you did not elaborate on your diet but I doing the same less than 50carbs but it isn't too bad. I eat six meals a day and eat healthy fats. That curbs the hunger really well. I also take one cheat meal per week to help keep the metabolism from stalling. You may need to increase your cardio (low intensity) amount to help with stubborn fat storages. AAS helps to save muscle mass too so always a good idea IMO.

yeah that cycle i was about 196. i dont know what it is. maybe im cutting wrong. i was planning on doing this til about mid august but maybe i should stop and try to maintain. i can see abs just not a 6 pack.

Yeah....maybe. You shouldn't have that much bf% to lose at 196. 10% of 196 os 19.6 pounds. If you drop 20 pounds then you should still be at 176....

That is assuming you got up to 20%bf at 196. Maybe you need to post up your diet in the diet forum and get some advice. Bulking may be exactly what you need too. Bulk back up to 200 then cut using aas to help maintain muscle mass. Then see where you stand.

Makavelli had a good diet outline....as well as a very solid cutting cycle. Dosages and calories would have to be adjusted for you of course.

196 to 158! and not shredded! post youre diet, something is off.
 
my diet:

wake up, green tea, 25mg, ephedrine, glass of water
10 egg whites
2 pieces of rye toast w jelly

meal 2: post -workout shake (32 grams carbs, 50gm protein)

meal 3: 2 chicken breasts, spinach

meal 4: chicken breast, spinach

meal 5: chicken breast, spinach

meal 6: 10 egg whites

meal 7: 10 egg whites, tbsp ANPB

stimulants also used throughout day
 
For me I've always seen better results cutting and not doing the whole low carb thing... Just alot of complex carbs.. brown rice and yams.. Best results for me and I have so much more energy throughout the day.

I'm calling bullshit on the stats as well as the diet. He doesn't eat like this, guaranteed. Markshark is the same guy that goes, "please tell me I'm pretty because all the girls hate me and call me loser". Remember those threads?

thats my exact diet. and the last time i made a stupid thread like that was over a year ago.

Well for what it matters that looks like more than 50 carbs to me. If that is a concern then you need to count them. You need to know what your BMR is and eat that. Then do some cardio to get your deficit to lose fat.

Personally sounds like you need to put on some muscle and then worry about dieting later.

Sorry bro but if you ate that exact diet and went from 196lbs to 158lbs you'd be diced - unless you were really fat at 196, like over 25% BF.
