I would suggest you start by reading the "New to the EF Ladies Board - START HERE!" sticky at the top of this board. It is hard for us to "share a routine" if we don't know anythign about you or your goals. Each of us has a slightly different goal and are coming from a different stage of "fitness" so what may be appropriate for one person may not really be right for you.
That sticky I mentioned will give you some links to places to start and also a list of some information that you can provide that will help us give better feedback for ya!
