This page will tell you what your breakdown should be for dieting days and your refeed days. Just punch in a coule numbers and it gives you you breakdown macronutrient wise.
Just a search on Google for the diet. What I did was look at other peoples diets and went from there. I think one of the first couple of pages it lists is actually Lyle's FAQ page. You might be able to get more info from that.
